2025 Christmas Market Vendor Terms and Conditions


Thank you for your interest in our little cozy barn Christmas Market!


2025 will mark our 3rd consecutive Christmas in the Barn. We are located just south of the village of Clandonald, north of Vermilion in Vermilion River County, Alberta.

This year's market will be a 2 day event. We have grown so much with customer visits and in order to accommodate everyone, it is best to spread it over 2 days.  Each day will run 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Vendor's will need to arrange their booth set up time with Juanita. Set up times will run all day Friday, Oct 31 and Saturday, Nov 1 morning between 8 and 10. 

This year we are condensing the Prairie Vintage Revival stock to the back 1/3 of the barn to allow for multiple booths in the front. We do not want to lose our cozy barn vibe so the booths will be limited to 6 in total with possible room for an additional table or two---to be decided at a later date.




Booth sizes are as follows: 

7 feet wide by 8 feet deep

There will be a non refundable booth fee of $55  per vendor.

Vendors will be responsible for all of their tables, chairs, displays and signs.

We are looking for vendors who have a knack for creative staging, quality products  and an active social media presence.  Successful applicants will have good photos of their products and be able to convey a vision for their booth set up. Our shoppers come prepared to buy but also value the experience of vignettes and the Christmas cheer bursting in every corner of the barn . We are not just selling items, we are fueling the senses with Christmas. 

Specifically looking for Christmas themed decor, gifts, and items not found in stores or elsewhere. 

Along with filling out an application , we would ask all applicants to forward photos of their products.

Because this market is going to be early in the season, we will be limiting vendors with perishable products. 

Consumables that can last through the holiday season are welcome.

Booth Fees for the Saturday only will be $40

Booth Fees for the Sunday will be $35

This market sees approximately 300-500 buyers per Christmas market. This year we expect that to double. Vendors should be prepared to replenish stock throughout the day Saturday and also before Sunday.

If You Know Of Or Are Someone Who Is A Vintage/Antique Collector Or Dealer And You Want To Join In Please Let Me Know. Message Me For Details. Limited Space And I Will Be Picky About Who The Vendors Are. Focus Should Be On Vintage And Antique Collections, Memorabilia , Furniture, Farmhouse Vintage, Grandma-Core, Cottage Core, Etc . Vendors Will Be Responsible For Their Own Tables Or Tents Or Tailgate .
